Aboveground pools are prohibited by the Covenants.
However, the Design Review Board has allowed for children's pools and children's recreational play areas to be used for special occasions (birthday parties, etc.), subject to the following conditions:
a. Children's pools must be less than three feet (3') in height and may only be used on a temporary basis.
b. Requests for permission to setup a children's pool or a recreational play area must be submitted prior to setup or use. Requests may be valid for up to a forty-eight (48) hour period.
c. Complete an Application for Architectural Change to request temporary permission.
d. Children's pools and recreational play areas must be stored out of sight when not in use.
