Section 1. Name. The name of the Corporation is BURTON CROSSING HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a non-profit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Indiana, (hereinafter referred to as the "Corporation").
Section 2. Principal Office. The principal office of the Corporation shall be located at 5208 Commerce Square DR. #D, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46237, until and unless changed in accordance with law by the Board of Directors.
Section 3. Fiscal Year. The fiscal year of the Corporation shall begin at the beginning of the first day of January and end at the close of the last day of December of each year.
